[CT Birds] White-winged Crossbill

12-13 just before snow began - saw 3 WHITE-WINGED CROSSBILL in Norfolk 
on Canaan MT rd. They were feeding from spruce trees on left of rd. This 
is private property though, so please respect this and do not enter the 
spruce grove. They were seen from car from the rd, but soon flew south 
into forest.
Also: Under MT rd, with blinding snow, just in from rt 63 on right of rd 
were 4 PINE GROSBEAKS feeding with Robins from berry bushes. They flew 
into high spruces in back of field.
