[CT Birds] Old Saybrook 12/15

12/15 -  a quick afternoon trip to Old Saybrook netted the following 
highlights:

Saybrook Point, Dock and Dine: 2 common goldeneye,  1 red-throated loon, 1 
common loon, 1 northern harrier

North Cove: 50+ ruddy ducks, 6 bufflehead, 1 northern harrier

South Cove: 40 Am. coots, 1 northern harrier

Baldwin Bridge: 1 PEREGRINE FALCON on the tower

12/14 Waterford yard and neighborhood:  2 Coopers Hawks, one of them seen 
perched, calling back and forth to one another; 6 PURPLE FINCHES (f.)
