[CT Birds] Baltimore Oriole Waterford

Too early for count week unfortunately but a Baltimore Oriole flew across
the access road to Millstone Station in Waterford yesterday as I was
leaving. Whoever works the powerlines north of Rte 156 on count day
(assuming someone is) may have a pretty decent chance of turning this one
up in there.
