[CT Birds] Stratford-Milford CBC Sunday December 23

We are still looking for a couple of birders, particularly in 
sections of Bridgeport and Lordship.  If you have a few 
hours on Sunday please consider helping out.  

In 1985, the count circle was nudged northward between 
the Westport and New Haven circles.  Apparently the intent 
was to compete with top New England Counts (New Haven, 
South Kingston, Lower Cape).  Although the species 
totals never materialized, there always seems to be a 
rarity or two that makes its way into the American 
Birds New England Summary.  

Count period is today through Boxing Day (December 26) 
so if you have any finds please post or contact me directly.  
The southern portion of the circle includes the coast west 
of Milford's Morningside neighborhood, through Gulf Beach, 
Silver Sands, Milford Point, Lordship and Long Beach to 
Bridgeport's Seaside Park.
