Dave et al,
I was there (DE) the following week, 8/14/93, with Jay Hand, Brian
O'Toole, and a couple of friends from Florida. We saw both of the
terns, the Curlew Sand, AND a Sharp-tailed Sandpiper at Bombay Hook. I
also seem to recall my Fla friends twitching a Little Egret somewhere in
that vacinity, but I can't recall where (maybe even at Brig?).

Tom,
How about Common Gull and Fieldfare on same day in New Brunswick,
Canada?
That's two from Europe. Also like Brian's two old world terns, how about
Whiskered Tern, Curlew Sandpiper same day in Delaware (I didn't see the
White-winged). Anyone have more than two on same day in the northeast
from
another hemisphere (southern or eastern)? Let's hear about them.
Dave
