[CT Birds] New England area Duck ID

Hi all

I am forwarding the link below to a photo of a duck photographed this
morning by a lady in New Hampshire via a photo sharing group I belong to. 
This duck looks nothing like those depicted in Sibley and I wondered if
anyone here could assist with an ID that I can pass on to the photographer.

This morning at the Boat Ramp in Joppa Flats this duck was hanging out with
mallards.
