[CT Birds] Redpolls a comin?

Curious to know:

Last Friday, had a very large flock - 100+ of Redpolls in Colebrook fly 
over rd - rt 8. Sunday, My brother in West Hartland had 80 at his feeder 
for first time. I went from 15 last week here in Harwinton to 60 Today - 
Monday.

Could it be Redpolls might be making a sizable push into CT at this 
time? Seems so at least here in the northern part of the state. Might 
this be so? If you are seeing more of them this last week or today then 
you have been seeing, could you just note that here for comparison?

PS) Have been looking for the big H within - had a light one today with 
all white rump, but back was not light enough, and bill like common.
