[CT Birds] Whitney Lakes

I took a quick walk around the upper Whitney Lakes in Hamden and saw Common Mergansers and Hooded Mergansers. I also saw a hawk, my best guess was a Northern Harrier or juv. Red-shouldered Hawk(too far and I'm terrible with hawks), on the ice devouring one of the mergansers. There were feathers blowing around all over the ice. It was quite a sight.
