[CT Birds] Big January

I was asked today about the Big January that has been a Connecticut
birding tradition for some years.  In the past, when there was
nothing like CTBirds to allow the state's birders to communicate
freely with one another the process was initiated by me, and before
me by Dori Sosensky.  This year if someone is interested in
organizing the Big January process and compiling the numbers they
should feel free to step forward and make their proposal on CTBirds. 
I will be happy to add a note to the daily report about the
announcement if one is made.
