[CT Birds] Blue jay numbers up

I also have noted increased numbers of blue jays at the feeder.  My latest 
Feederwatch count tallied an all time high of 16.  After the devastation of 
WNV there was a season where I would be lucky to have one so this is good 
news to me.  They are scamps but, I love them.
