Saw a light phase ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK hunting on rt 91 within the median going south in Rocky Hill. very unusual spot for a RL to be at with all the close traffic and all that noise. Maybe it associated itself with the Redtails food supply? Also, Many Redtails seen on the ground on the median - some possibly sick? Paul Carrier
