[CT Birds] Chumming for Western Tanager?

Luke mentioned the possibility of trying to scatter seed for the Western
Tanager at Hammo. If anybody were to pursue this I would recommend some
fruit (such as raisins) rather than seed. Of course this would be quite an
undertaking since everything (and not just birds) would be eating the
stuff. Nice Bird, well done Greg, Randy, and Neil!
