[CT Birds] squirrels & house finches

House finches numbered 31 at my feeders this morning-highest  ever count for 
my yard.
If anyone has ever seen the old commercial for the VW  Beetle where one clown 
after another pours out of the VW, that is what I was  witnessing with the 
squirrels in my yard this morning.  I watched my  backyard trees and one 
squirrel after another came pouring down from the  trees.  We do have several large 
leafy nests in the yard, but they just  kept on coming out--had at least 15 
here.
