[CT Birds] For those "Winter Doldrums"

The Ruddy Turnstones are obvious, the Dunlin are pretty easy, and there are
a few Sanderlings scattered about. I suspect Black-bellied Plovers in the
grass in # 15, but can't be sure unless you make a higher res image
available. When I blow them up, all I get is pixels.
