[CT Birds] strange bird

Hello William,
The bird you photograghed appears to be a leucistic
(exhibiting some white or albinism) Song Sparrow.  All
the breast streakings and breast spot, bill size and
shape, and other marks point to this ID. 
Over the years I have seen a variety of species (Am.
Robin, Com. Grackle, etc.) that exhibit wierd white
body parts, caused by leucism.
