[CT Birds] Greater white fronted Xcanada

The GREATER WHITE FRONTED X CANADA GOOSE was observed around  1PM (on 
Saturday) at the northbound exit 59 of the Merritt Pkwy, on the  grass to the left of 
the exit ramp.  I haven't seen it in many  months.
 
Also, the crabapple tree in my front yard has very little  fruit left on it.
Robins & squirrels have been seen eating from it, but no  Pine Grosbreaks.
I guess they don't come this far  south?
