The Northern Shrike continued this morning along Vibert Road at Station 43.
Also there, observers should attempt to check the large group of blackbirds
(mostly Common Grackles) that were at the back of the fields in the woods,
in the vicinity of the small bridge. A female Yelllow-headed Blackbird was
in this flock of about 1000 plus birds this morning before the ice storm and
offered only fleeting glimpses as it flushed with the icterid flock.
