[CT Birds] Empid ID (Brian Kleinman)

Brian:

I probably shouldn't even speculate based on one photo but I'd suggest 
Acadian Flycathcer based on my interpretation of what I'm seeing on my 
screen as a rather large, broad-based bill with a mostly orangey-yellow 
lower mandible; green tones in the plumage; pale throat; and grayish wash 
across the breast. The eye-ring maybe seems too prominent but overall that's 
where I'd lean.
