[CT Birds] Empid ID Results (Brian Kleinman)

Well, we have two votes for Acadian and two votes for Least.  I guess the only one that will ever know for sure is the flycatcher.  Thanks for your input.  If I come across any other "nearly-impossible to ID" pic's of flycatcher's I'll be sure to post them!

A friend of mine from Ohio photographed this Empid he found tangled in the seeds of some Enchanter's Nightshade.  After the photo he released the bird.  It's tough to determine the species because of the angle?  Any guess's?
