[CT Birds] Redpolls

Today, Feb 8th, I had a huge flock of Common Redpolls blitz my feeders. counted 190+ birds in two flocks. I looked at as many as I could, but they were so very skiterish, and only stayed at feeders for no more then 1 min at a time. 

Yesterday, when Greg H and friend were here, had only 60 or so birds - on and off all day. This flock is the largest seen here so far this year......... will try to find another Hoary within if I can.
