The NORTHERN SHRIKE  continues at Tullers meadow off Old farms Rd in
Simsbury ( more properly West Simsbury ) The location is the area across
from the Apple Barn. Go down the dirt road to the end and you will see
the pump house. Park and scan the entire area but I saw the bird in late
afternoon yesterday at the top of a small shrub very close to the turn
around area.  It captured either a vole or a mouse while I watched and
sat on the ground trying to figure out just how to get at this creature.
Neat to watch.
