[CT Birds] Extra Extralimital - Elaenia Species Texas

Hi All,

I just got a call from EJ Raynor down in Louisiana to tell me about the possible White-crested Elaenia (still a little discussion on the ID) that was found today on South Padre Island, Cameron County Texas .
