[CT Birds] NSF study on suburbanization & watersheds

Two of my kids went to Clark University in Worcester,  Ma.,  and Clark just 
received a $1.4 million grant for coastal zone  research.  I think this study 
addresses similar issues as what Hammonassett  may face with the proposed 
building there.
