[CT Birds] White-winged Crossbills on there way?

Hi All,

My friend just emailed me to say that they are reporting perhaps the start of a major exodus south of White-winged Crossbills that have been wintering in Newfoundland and are starting to appear in Northern NY State. Goes to show that these 'winter finches' can still be on their way south even during the first signs of 'spring'.
