[CT Birds] Still accepting Best bird votes

I wanted to clarify a couple of things. The most important point I should
have emphasized is that this vote absolutely just for fun and in no way was
meant to be a purely scientific crunching of numbers, though if that is how
you want to decide that's fine too of course. The second point is it is my
intention to have a "Best Bird" vote each month and then a "Best Bird of the
Year" vote at the end. Again this is all just in fun. Now about Frank's
mention of Black Guillemot, his points are very well taken but the bird was
seen on February 2, so it will be included in the February vote.
Again, if you haven't voted yet for the best January bird (Again please
respond privately to me), here are the choices:
Vote for one of the following:
* Rufous Hummingbird
* Bohemian Waxwing
* Northern Rough-winged Swallow
* Western Tanager
* Pine Grosbeak
* Hoary Redpoll
