[CT Birds] Vultures on the Move

Two Turkey Vultures over Roaring Brook Nature Center, Canton yesterday morning were right on schedule as this far-ranging species generally shows up some time in the third week of February.? Two Black Vultures, along with another TV high over the Unionville section of Farmington this afternoon, were more of a surprise and may be yet another indication that this "other" vulture is rapidly spreading across the state.
