[CT Birds] Monk Parakeets

The day before yesterday, while doing a search for ducks in Fairfield County 
with Judy Moore, Judy spotted what certainly appeared to be a large Monk 
Parakeet nest on Richardson Point in Westport. Heading South from Burial Hill, 
Richardson Point is where the road takes a sharp turn to the East.
