Sorry, a bit late reporting this to the CT list - I posted for ID help
on MASSBIRD Thursday night, and the concensus was unanimous on the ID.
I happened upon an Orange-crowned Warbler Thursday morning (2/21) in
downtown Springfield, MA. The bird was present (to my knowledge) from
about 9:30am to 1:00pm, and was very active in a tree behind my office
at 1666 Main St (northwest corner of Hampden and Main, behind the
building in the large tree in the northeast corner of the parking
lot). The parking lot is private, but there is on-street parking in
the area, and the tree is visible from the sidewalk.
Captures from video that I was lucky enough to shoot are here:

I have not been back to the site since Thursday - I'm hoping that the
hardy little bird managed to survive the storm.
