[CT Birds] eagles and falcons-Old Saybrook

2/24 - highlights from Old Saybrook, Old Lyme, and Waterford this afternoon:

from the Old Saybrook boat launch below the Baldwin Bridge -- 2  adult BALD 
EAGLES perched together about 1/2 mile north of bridge on Old Lyme side

from the DEP headquarters in Old Lyme -- the 2 PEREGRINE FALCONS were perched 
on top of the electrical tower on the Old Lyme side of the bridge at 5:15PM

from Dock and Dine Restaurant - in the Connecticut River north of the 
restaurant - 14 lesser scaup

from Waterford  - 1 red-shouldered hawk perched in a neighbor's tree;
in Jordan Cove - 10 horned grebe swimming together
