2/29 - West Simsbury, Simsbury Farms, Old Farms Rd - 4 PINE GROSBEAKS in roughly the same spot that Len Kendall found them the other day, about 100 yards up the access road to the golf course in a fruiting tree on the left.

Probably the best birdies I will score on a golf course all year!

I also had a Hermit Thrush at 40 mph on US 44 in Canton in sumac across from the hideous Shoppes at Farmington Valley, where there once was a golf course ....
