[CT Birds] Long Beach Blvd?

Hi Jim,

As far as I understand the old rail line trail has been open to the public for some time now and the pond at Long Beach Blvd has always been somewhat viewable from a couple of spots without encroaching on the gated off trail. As far as I know only that gated trail which winds around the left hand side of the pond is still off limits to the public but maybe someone else knows better.
