[CT Birds] Long Beach Blvd?

Luke's description fits my understanding.  Behind the gate is off
limits, but there are a few spots where you can stay on the
landscaped edge between the pavement and the underbrush and get some
peaks at the pond.  The railroad track path is open, but of course
limited to the path.
