[CT Birds] COA Annual Meeting - pages missing in COA Bulletin?

COA Members -
It has come to my attention that a small percentage of the COA Bulletins
that were recently mailed out contained blank pages (page 3 and page 6).
Although the Annual Meeting registration form was not affected, some of
the Annual Meeting program information on page 3, and information on
some other events on page 6, would have been absent.  If your issue of
the Bulletin had any blank pages, please e-mail me directly at
dasingerfamily AT cox.net to let me know; this will give me a better
sense of how prevalent the problem was, which I will communicate to the
printer.

full program for the Annual Meeting and a link to the registration form
