[CT Birds] Redpolls gone?

I haven't had redpolls in my part of the neighborhood (although Bruce Finnan 
had some higher up the hill earlier in the winter) but today when I was 
taking my neighborhood walk I had 4 or 5 moving through deciduous trees. 
They definitely seemed like birds on the move.
