[CT Birds] Anticipation

 Last year I put up a Hummingbird Feeder, and I never got any birds. Is
there any advice on what I can do to attract birds to the feeder? Could
it be a habitat issue? I live in an apartment with a deck. I am about 2
blocks from LI Sound. Is there a brand of feeder that is recommended?
What is the best formula (sugar to water ratio) for food? Any advice is
appreciated.
