[CT Birds] Cedar Waxwings

My limited experience suggests that less than 5% of the Waxwings that  
I've observed have the "orange-tipped" variant tail. Sibley's Field  
Guide lists the variation.

It's been a great winter for Waxwings in my yard. Flocks have often  
exceeded 150 and included both Cedar and Bohemian.
