[CT Birds] Tree Swallows report

Tom, There have been a smattering of early reports of Trees Swallows to our
south already. It has also been reported on the NYC RBA that some Tree
Swallows successfully over-wintered somewhere in New York, on Long Island I
believe. Conceivably you saw regional over-winters on the move, if they
were not returning migrants.
