[CT Birds] monk

I was doing a little birding in Startford's Boothe Memorial Park yesterday 
prior to a dentist appointment. I hadn't been there in years and was surprised 
to see several very noisy Monk Parakeets. Are they now resident in the North 
end of Stratford? I didn't see any nests.
