[CT Birds] the Daily Report Compiler

All -
I totally agree with Scott's first statement. That raises a possible
solution - a separate e-list like Dori's original one that only gives
output, in this case the Daily Report that is compiled nightly from the
sightings submitted to CT Birds and even eBird. That way you still get
the Daily sent directly to your computer but don't have to weed through
rants like mine.
That still doesn't address the time and effort that people like Roy expend
in doing the compilation, but I would think in this day and age of
convenience that the CT Daily Report List Serv could employ a different
(volunteer) person each day to do the manual work of compiling and sending.
