[CT Birds] Whither CT Piping Plover?

I am preparing the year to date list and will email it later today as well
as Feb best bird candidates. I have been a "soccer mom" all weekend and have
been trying to find the time to fit this in. So has no one found a Piping
Plover in CT yet? Some should be here by now. They have been reported to our
south AND to our north already. Can anyone add this one to the CT year to
date list today?
