[CT Birds] Goshawk and White-winged Scoters

3/16/08 - Madison, Hammonasset State Park.  We saw the immature  GOSHAWK 
again, this time at the traffic circle at around 2:20pm.   Earlier at about 2:00 
we saw two White-winged Scoters near the rocks at the tip  of Meigs Point (not 
far from several harbor and gray seals lying on the  rocks).
