3/15 - near Cabela's, East Hartford -- 1 Iceland Gull, with flock of gulls at late afternoon roost in flooded field northwest of Cabela's. 

I viewed these birds from United Technologies Research Center. A flock of assorted gulls has been forming here for the last few weeks in the afternoons; this was the first time I was able to check it out.
