Black Guillemot. The vote was as follows;

 

Black Guillemot   50%

Western Tanager 20.8%

Pine Grosbeak    20.8%

Varied Thrush      8.3%

 

Again for all you math geeks, and I mean that in the most affectionate way,
I rounded to the tenths. Most voters based their vote on the rarity of Black
Guillemot in CT. I can't disagree since it is the only species on the list I
have not seen in CT. I do have to admit I love an underdog (except in
women's collegiate basketball, Go Huskies) and was hoping Varied Thrush
would do much better. Thanks everyone who voted. It is truly appreciated.
