[CT Birds] Penwood Hawk watch

I am currently doing breeding raptor surveys at Penwood...have been for the
past few years. Not much nesting activity to report on my route, but I
often sit up on the "viewpoint" and watch hawks. I go there a lot since
it's only 2 minutes from my home. There is also a second viewpoint higher
up on the trail, which is where I broke my ankle in September. If I see
anything of note I will report it to the group. If anyone would like to
join me at a specific time to do a real count, let me know. It would be
great to re-establish the Penwood hawk watch.
