[CT Birds] Osprey-Orange town dump

An osprey has returned to the cell phone tower at the Orange  Town Dump.  
This is the third year that a Pair has been returning to  that cell phone tower.  
Right now I saw only one.  The cell phone  tower nest is not one that can be 
monitored very well, since it is so high  up.  I think the ospreys may fish at 
the residential pond by Indian River  Rd. on Milford/Orange line.  I did see 
an osprey at Wright's Pond in Orange  once last year, which is about 1  1/2 
miles from the town  dump.
The town dump site  is host to several species-monk  parakeets, pigeons, 
starlings, house sparrows and red tailed  hawks.
