[CT Birds] Trying to clear up some confusion

I'm afraid that I have gotten people a bit confused with that.

The first choice for posting anything about birds is to post it to
CTBirds, at the address ctbirds at lists.ctbirding.org.  If you are a
member of CTBirds that is all you need.

The new address I have advertised is for people who have not joined
CTBirds.  It replaces an old email address that is having serious
problems.  Mail sent to ctbirdreport at ftml.net is used when compiling
the daily rare bird report (if the birds fit the rules).  However all
the reports of "common" birds reported to that address don't get seen
by anyone but me.  Likewise all the descriptive prose and stories.

I hope that helps clear a bit of the fog.
