[CT Birds] Chris Malin's Barn Swallow

I was about to write a note asking if anyone had picked up a Barn Swallow
yet this year since it is time for the first to show up and then I read
Chris's note. Thanks Chris, I knew there had to be one somewhere in CT
before the end of March. Nice spotting.
