[CT Birds] Oriole - no luck

Roger Preston and I spent about three hours in Canaan this morning
looking for the Oriole but you folks that came early must have scared the
bird away. However, Ingrid was very kind to us (Don Morgan and others
were there also) and she really tried to produce the bird. Will be
interested to hear that the bird is still around and come to think about
it, it probably appeared shortly after we left. Nice morning with 21
species in or around her yard, including both Crows and a Raven. Those
who wondered about the range of the Fish Crow will be glad to read that
they are also in Canaan.
