[CT Birds] Broad-winged Hawk Norwich 4/3/8

A Broad-winged Hawk was circling over Rte 395 at exit 80 this morning.
Maybe the earliest I've personally seen one in CT. There were also several
Black Vultures in the vicinity of Miller's Pond along Rte 395 in the
Montville/Waterford area.
