4 Glossy Ibis flew in off the sound and landed in the marsh today around 5:30 PM.? There were 2 Great Egrets on the beach side this morning, as well.? There are still lots of ducks in the marsh, several hundred Green-winged Teal, 8 Canvasback, and many Gadwall and Am. Widgeon. A few (6) Common Redpolls are visiting the feeders and there was?at least 1 White-crowned Sparrow a couple of days ago.??2 Black-bellied Plover, 2 Piping Plover, 7 Greater Yellowlegs, at least 4 Am. Oystercatchers, 8 Horned Grebes, 2 White-winged Scoter (flew by jetty).?
